PERSONAL – Our understanding of human nature, and indeed our experience in practice, has confirmed to us that clients will always want to be helped and advised by individuals whom they know and come to trust. We strive to remain personal, approachable and accessible. The gratifying level of clients who return to us convinces us that we remain in touch with people’s needs and requirements.

PROFESSIONAL – Our policy is to recruit and retain fee-earners and staff who are not only good with people, but who also thoroughly know their fields of expertise. Everyone regularly keeps up their expertise by attending external courses and in-house training. Law is a profession in which one has never “arrived”, as it is of course constantly changing and evolving, with new law coming out on an almost daily basis through statutes and court decisions. Part of our job is to stay on top of this legal evolution.

PROMPT - We are acutely conscious that one of the most common complaints levelled at the legal profession – often quite fairly –is how slow lawyers are. That’s why we do try constantly to buck the trend and ensure that we are prompt in our correspondence, phone calls, drafting of documents and taking the transaction from start to completion.
